Sreedhar Thirumala is a Principal Scientist at Genentech, specializing in cell therapy development. Following Genentech’s acquisition of Poseida, he leads work on CAR-T and stem cell-based therapeutics targeting oncology, autoimmune diseases, and ocular indications. His portfolio includes multiple products in clinical trials, with a strategic focus on allogeneic therapies and global trial expansion. Sreedhar’s team is expanding the pipeline with several new therapeutic candidates anticipated this year.
