Sudhanshu Shekhar leads process development at Bristol Myers Squibb, where he focuses on transforming manual autologous CAR-T manufacturing into fully automated, end-to-end processes. His team designs experiments and conducts analytical data analysis to address critical scalability challenges and reduce cost of goods for cell therapy manufacturing. With expertise in bioprocess engineering and automation strategy, Sudhanshu supports BMS’s mid-stage clinical programs and contributes to the company’s mission of making cell therapy accessible at scale. He holds a Ph.D. from the University of Pittsburgh Swanson School of Engineering.
